I'm having a bit of trouble with my account and couldn't get through to support, so I'm hoping someone here can help.

I sent an email to support@itch.io a while ago, but I never got an automated reply or a ticket ID. I checked my spam and junk folders as well, so right now I'm honestly not even sure if my emails are reaching the support team at all.

Since I don't have a ticket number to follow up with, could an admin or mod take a quick look at my account?
