As for the other girls, they’re simply background characters. Even though their models look great, I doubt they’ll appear again. They might show up occasionally, but probably only as background characters to fill out a scene. Sorry!
I believe the redhead is based on Rias Gremory from High School DxD, while the blonde is from a Japanese game whose name I honestly can’t remember.
