I like the combination of orcs + life steal + green magic and more. It makes them feel like a unique group and I look forward to the full adventure!
Other folks have gotten to most of the mechanical stuff I would have said! I just want to add that, while I don't like the aging effect that comes with certain Talent strain effects because of how regularly you'll use those and how impactful they are, putting it on a villain is pretty cool, and "the year remains stolen" is a cool-as-hell bit of rules text!
I was tempted myself but I think avoiding the "See link for more..." trope is very important for a game jam and having it immediately downgrades my enjoyment.
Overall, there's some interesting ideas there but it really needs at least another round of cooking, editing, and testing, each.

I. Love. Orcs.
Hammer of Blood and the pool mechanic is interesting. That’s a neat mechanic. Fury is Ours taking heroic resources feels bad, if I was a player I would just be so frustrated. Now, I am saying that knowing full well in the monster I made they also take away heroic resources, but players get back double next round.
Godsblood is cool.
I’m not sure I understand "A dazed or restrained opponent is subject to the
“I’ll have a snack.”maneuver.” Does this mean Fenn will immediately use the maneuver? Or does it mean the maneuver can only be used on restrained dazed creatures?
I’m definitely interested in this adventure. Very cool!
glad you're into orcs. I think they're often under-used (though MCDM does great things with them).
The intention was that the "I'll have a snack" maneuver is useable against a dazed or restrained enemy, so the text is just a reminder that if they end up dazed, he'll use the maneuver. It's not free or even automatic. Just a note for running the block.
ohhhhh that makes sense. Maybe there's a clearer way to note that
I quite liked how some of the features in these stat blocks play with DS mechanics in new and unique ways. That said, there were some wordings that were sort of hard for me to understand, such as the Pool damage feature in the first stat block and some of the text in the magic item itself.
I agree. I'd have expanded that without the page count limit.
It's nothing a revised version after the jam couldn't fix! :) I think the mechanics of the Blood Hammer in particular are super interesting.
What a fun batch of baddies! There's some excellent ideas for abilities in here I'll definitely pull from for future encounters. Looking forward to the full adventure. Here's a few thoughts:
