Well, for one the red dragon that can be found in the mountains is a dead end currently. it would be nice if the player was able to live with them as a wife if the player has a high enough intelligence and chonk, and gets fattened up by the dragon the longer the player stays without escaping. if the player stays too long, they can't fit though the entrance and that becomes a new ending.
Or add a lake in the woods that the player can use as a mirror and as a place to hunt fish (+150 fullness). The mirror function would allaw the player to observe themselves which would allow player descriptions to be reasonably added, because right now there is no descriptions of the player at different weight levels outside of a few comments from NPC's and a couple endings. A fun thing would be if the player gets too chonky they start using the lake to rest, eventually getting too fat to stand outside of the water. Giving the player the choice between continuing getting chonky (to max chonk level) by eating fish, or exercising by swimming to eventually leave the lake to reach an ending.
Or maybe add a chubby/fat dragoness the player can meet in town that can be befriended. but watch out because they have an ultieror motive for being a friend, the NPC wants to fatten up the player. if the player plays right it can either be a mutual fattening, or a player fattening. if the player escapes the town without notice before getting too fat, next time they go into town the dragoness NPC is eating her sorrows away noticeably fatter.
Or meeting a very obese dragoness trader out in a desert caravan, with other dragons of various levels of obesity to be found and chatted with. but the caravan leader would allow the player to buy exotic food dishes, that can either be eaten by the player or given as a gift to other NPC's. the food gives various chonk levels to whoever eats it, with the least expensive giving the least chonk and the most expensive giving a ridiculous chonk level. this would allow new dialog with existing NPC's at different weight levels.
Building on this idea, adding new dialog of the player interactions depending on player weight levels and NPC weight levels. this would make the game more dynamic.
Personally I think the lake idea and new dialog idea would add greatly to the player experience.
(Ps. is your second game posted anywhere? I would be interested in checking it out.)
