ah no im a hp laptop, pc user and i was just checking if it was my laptop or the game causing the issue, is there some way i might be able to help?

Is it possible to go into the game folder and find either log.txt, traceback.txt, or errors.txt file? If so, that might be able to tell me what the error is. It used to be a failure with the function to check for updates, but that's no longer in LL_1 so it shouldn't be that.

Sorry about all of this. It seems to be an error that doesn't occur if you've successfully opened the game before so I can't test it myself
