How does the game fit the theme?
Trust No One, and the one you end up not trusting is yourself.

Dying is the core verb. Press F and you die on purpose; the run you just played comes back as a clone that repeats it exactly — a platform to stand on, a weight on a plate, a hand on a button. The first chapter teaches you to depend on it. You start planning around your own corpses.

Then the copies stop being faithful. There are different phases of clones that are gradually deviate. One replays late, one rushes ahead and presses too early, one retraces its steps and walks off the plate you needed, one is not solid at all, one reaches for a lever you never touched, and one of them kills you on contact.

Nothing else in the room ever lies to you. Only the version of you that came before.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Tileset, input prompt icons, and the Kenney Mini Square font from Kenney.nl
Sound effects — from the free Casual Game Sounds pack.

Everything else made by hand.

Really cool game, I always love the clone mechanic. The art and music also fit the game really well. I wasn't able to complete the level where you fall down the tunnel of spikes because while I always went down correctly, my clone was a bit off and would move early into the spikes on the side. Apart from that great game!

Well polished, fun interpretation of the theme

Good mechanic!

Very good!

A button to delete the last clone would have been very helpful. Every time i managed to activate one button and clone, the next clone wouldn't active the button and had to restart the level. Skill issue from me.

Good job

creative and fun puzzle.  this makes you have to plan ahead your run which is fun.  pretty smooth gameplay and easy to restart and try again, very quick to get going.  nice work!

Really great and creative idea. The game looks really good and polished in every aspect. I only struggled a bit with the second to last level. Activating the button while falling and creating a clone before dying was really difficult, or maybe I just did it the wrong way. Other than that, it was a really great game. Tebrikler!

Sagol, by the way you didn't did it wrong it was meant to be kinda difficult. Thanks for your comment!!

Brilliant puzzle idea! I loved it. It’s easy to understand while still being challenging in a fun way as you progress to the next levels!

Wow! Really cool puzzle. I love the splitting mechanic and how you have to use it to solve the puzzles. Awesome!

The first 5-ish levels were quite fun, but I think the unfaithful copies kinda hurts the gameplay in some places. It can feel frustrating setting up the clones to solve the level and having one die somewhere, forcing you to reset the whole level. It probably would've been better if you could've undone the last clone, maybe?

Thanks for playing, and for your comment. Playback is deterministic, so a clone that dies at frame 40 will die at frame 40 on every attempt after that. Also your clones are kept and replayed every attempt so you only ever need "R" when a clone is in the wrong place. It might be unclear since I know game is lacking hints for gameplay.
The unfaithful copies scaling badly is fair too. I spent most of the jam on the systems and ran out of time to design rooms that use them well, so the later ones lean on the gimmick instead of building a puzzle around it.
