Should I nerf it? My biggest concern is it remove the scary/thrill.

The game test mostly by me. At the beginning development, its too easy to win. Thats how it end up in this state. The game extremely short is another reason i made it hard.

How developer deal with this?

i balance my games by playing them i dont want them to be too hard but challenging
