Sorry to hear that. If you are on macOS there maybe some issue due to the sharedArrayBuffer is turned on on the page for the threads support and thus performance. Try using Google Chrome web browser or downloading the desktop build if you still want to try the game out.
If you are not on macOS - please let me know what is your OS and what web browser do you use.
