I really like the visuals and audio. The gameplay premise is very cool, I'm sure the game can be a lot of fun when you learn it. My only problem is the tutorial that is lacking. I didn't intuitively understand what some the items I use are for. Otherwise it's a very good game.
The mysterious atmosphere is created by beautiful visuals, a compelling world, and an interesting soundtrack. However, I think the game would benefit from providing the player with more guidance (affordance and UI).
You are absolutely right, we were short on time for the tutorial, so we had to just write instructions in the game description. Not ideal...
