Love the vibes. We need more lighthouse works (especially if the light comes from burning them bodies, that's a dope concept). Typing out the journal did engross me into the story. Bunch of notes: text characters as mentioned by others, after moving a match out of the screen the whole screen got a red overlay(? I think I managed to select the UI or something haha), the first puzzle with lighting the same match 3 times was super unclear (you can't relight the match so I wasn't really thinking that; I was trying to pull up a new one - maybe click on the open matches just spawns a new match); I'd would have use different color for who's talking labels or other differentiator. "49 days later" just opens back into the bedroom feels like a big opportunity to do an impactful story/time cut. The video might have gone a touch too far with the dithering it was hard to make out what are you saying with some of the shots. After the video and a bit of text from narrator I get black screen with just the music playing on repeat, no text or anything? Had to quit there.

This is an amazing masterpiece I just can't call it simply a game! Wow, super cool!

The art is super good, and the narrative is engrossing! The only problem I encountered was that some text was not properly rendered. I looked up all the errors, and they were for the following characters: ... , / , - , ] , > , and ~. Other than that slight hiccup, it's great!

but realy need to tell the player wher to go or what to do next

I liked the music/audio and especially the art style and the resulting gritty vibe that this game has. I got stuck on the writing of the Journal because I didn’t realize at first that I had to write it. But once i understood what i needed to do I liked it, seems like a good way for the player to hear the story. Some thing were a bit annoying like some characters being too similar in the font like

A - I

. - ,

And I noticed a character that seems like a Bug. (I was playing the Web Version)

I didn’t quite understand what to do after setting the cloth on fire. It just stays there, and there don’t seem to be any interaction buttons, so I wasn’t sure how to continue.

Still, it’s a very interesting entry! The art style is really consistent, and while the contrast is a bit strong in my opinion, it gives the game a very immersive atmosphere. Nice job!

I like the idea, but also the assets but the font is too hard to read, for example, I, the letter β€žiβ€œ was β€žaβ€œ and β€ž,β€œ, was β€ž.β€œ

for a few minutes I thought to block the game  because of the font over all i like it keep going

Thx for the feedback! I know that font is quite hard to read, in fact it displayed in Godot differently and when I made a web build it crushed. Didn't have time to fix it :(

cool vibe, and great music and visuals. the typing out the diary was maybe a little tedious though? full disclosure though, i don’t think i finished the game? after the Shakespeare quote the screen is just black with looping music, it doesn’t seem to progress? cool game :)

Shakespeare quote is the end :)

If I have any lore-based questions just let me know hahah.

Thx for the feedback!
