This game was super fun! I was having trouble figuring out what some of the items did without using them so we just ended up playing without the items; the logic got quite nice.
I'm glad you liked it! The items are supposed to be a bit mysterious and you learn how to use them by playing. You learn what they do by using them :> (oh and some of them also have different effects when used in the shop) Thanks again for your positive comment!
