nice one, niko! love to see you animating more frequently :)
one way to improve this I think would be to practice exaggerating the movement more when entering and exiting the frame, and when slowing down in the middle you could have the character slowly moving, like pulling the arm back one or two pixels each frame, gives it a lot of life. you could even go further and try to animate the hat with the things dangling and the legs, but all of this would take a lot of time and effort so I get why you couldn't do it lol but just putting this here in case you wanted to go further with it, I really like the design of the character and would love to see this improved if possible
