I love how it looks, it reminds me of Morioh from Jojo with how the colours are used here. The houses are beautiful it feels like a city that is lived in.
The only complaint I have is some of the terain feels a bit akward with how it is designed. It feels like either the perspective is slightly wrong or maybe some parts feel unusually rigid and stiff. It feels like mixed styles between a minecraft blocky style and a beginner's 3d models.
I think either can work well if we saw more of them in the artwork, so it feels natural and not out of place, or just make it more consistent. I loved how you designed it but you can tweak some things to make them better.
This scene reminds me of many anime stories. A job well done.
