I tried to bring the max chaos level every time, and ended up just getting the lost all money one instead
Remember that you can click on itemaduring searching guests, then they will give you the bribe that gives more money.
If the chaos a little over 100% stop leting in guests becouse more over the limit the bigger cash penalties.
I should have rework the chaos bar to show when its full and overflowing.
