How does the game fit the theme?
In this game, you are a dealer, and there's a cheater on your table, so you can't trust anyone.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Only the sprites for the cards and chips.

How many people worked on the game?

I did not expect to play as a dealer, that's a new way to play poker I guess! I really like being a dealer detective, well done!

I really like how you used the theme and made this Poker game. It's also really fun to play as the dealer.

Excellent work here. I like that you made the game more about finding the cheater than "just another poker game" - very creative. First thing I did was randomly shoot someone lol.

I think the score calculations might be bugged? (unless I don't know Texas Holdem and the house is supposed to win?) but I got striked when I am pretty sure i was right. Anyway, I see that there are the hand rankings in the game, and you need the player to focus more than just the cards that are being marked to make it challenging, but I wonder if players who are not poker-savvy might get turned away?

This is a very difficult memory game. The only way I actually won was by relying on my photographic memory (taking screenshots)

Excellent work on the pixel art and the music too.

A great game with fun gameplay. The Visuals could e improved, but it's a game jam after all. If you make an updated version or a thing like that with updated visuals like the font for example, it could be a really polished game in the card game community!

This was super clean and polished. I had a lot of fun even though I don't know much about poker. Great work!

I loved this game! As a poker player it was really fun both being the dealer and following along, but also trying to remember who got what hand and puzzling out who the cheater was. The game felt super polished and all the different animations and sounds were wonderful! Great work!

Really nice game! I caught the cheater on my first try. I didn’t really understand the rules of the card game—it was a bit hard to follow—but I understood the rules of the game itself, and they were good. Overall, great job!

Yeah, explaining the rules of a game that's already complicated and needing to also explain new rules for the game ended up being very complicated. At the end I just tried to make your role as the dealer and the best hands more clear, but I'm sure there were probably many better ways to do it. Thank you for playing!

Love the dealing and the shuffling such cool animations and sounds! Unfortunately kept getting shot :(

Awesome game regardless!

Great premise with a fun execution! I'm impressed with how polished the gameplay loop feels given the timeframe of game jam, great work!

Amazing game! Especially in just 6 days!

I don't have any recommendations to better your game as it's already very good.
Great submission for the jam :)
