Project still not indexed after nearly six months – Ticket #342076

Hello,

I have read the official Getting Indexed documentation and confirmed that my project meets the baseline indexing requirements.

The project is Public, has a cover image and downloadable build, is not set to “Unlisted in search & browse,” and is correctly marked as NSFW.

Project:

Debt Of Pleasure

https://saladus-sensei.itch.io/debt-of-pleasure

It has remained completely absent from exact-title Search and Browse results for nearly six months.

I contacted support under ticket #342076 but have not received a substantive response.

Important clarification: the original project page was deleted and recreated, so the current project may have a different internal project ID despite using the same public URL.

Could a moderator please alert the administrators to ticket #342076 so the CURRENT project can receive a manual review?

Thank you.

I’ve let our admins know about your ticket.

Hi, just an update: I discovered that the project was still set to “$0 or donate”.

I have now changed it to “No Payments” in accordance with the current NSFW re-indexing requirements.
Since you already forwarded ticket #342076 to the admins 28 days ago, could the current project please be reviewed again for indexing?
Thank you

Sooo wait... Did support let you know what was wrong or you figured it out yourself ?

No the support never replied. I figured out myself, and thankfully now it is indexed

Unfortunately, because so much time passed before it finally got indexed, it won’t get a place in the “Most Recent” section anymore. So I basically lost that initial visibility boost entirely.

Woaah this is so bad.... So 6 months of no support and users should figure themself out what is wrong ?  Not going to recent because of that is super bad.
