I love how the dragon looks and I absolutely adore their face, it looks like they have a little smirk. That really adds character. 

 I would have apriciated if you had added a great background too, so people can know in what environments he fits best in, though that is just extra work that for the jam is not surprising you chose not to do. 

Making the dragon was hard and you did a great job I can't find anything bad about it. 

Nice work! I really like dragons and I know how hard they can be to draw, so I will say you managed it really well!

The colors are also really nice and the silhouette is for sure spot on!

As for critique, I would only suggest trying to be a little careful with your outlines. I would generally avoid breaking them, and I would try to minimize the jaggies and doubles! ( which are two words that describe certain the relations between certain pixels, in simple terms I would just avoid having more that one pixel connect to another in the outline)

An example of this would be at the dragons belly in the middle, if you look at the diagonal you can see that sometimes it is 2 pixels overlapping rather than just one! (I hope what I am describing makes some sense,  I am really sorry if it is a little confusing)
