The best thing here is your use of colors; you've created such a bold and textural look, and the composition is perfect. The brightness of the grass in the foreground is so eye-catching, and the layers and shapes of the clouds in the sky are so unique and fun to look at. The only thing that doesn't work for me is that I wouldn't have known the tower was a tower if it weren't for the description, and the blue beam (?) coming from the top of it isn't working for me shape-wise; it seems stiff in a composition that's otherwise so lively.
