Hello, I am posting here to see if a moderator or administrator can help escalate a backend indexing issue with my jam page.

I created "The S.A.M Game Jam" around 2 months ago and maybe nearly 3 months ago. The jam is currently ongoing, set to Published, and the "Unlisted" box is completely unchecked. Despite this, it is entirely missing from search results, the public calendar, and my own creator profile (which says I have no jams hosted).

I have already submitted an official support email from my account address, and my ticket tracking number is #399053.
