What an awesome plot twist! Pivoting from a poker setup into a full survivor-like shooter is such a cool and unique concept. The atmosphere, music, and art design are stellar. My main feedback would be working on weapon balance/enemy scaling (enemies clump up a bit easily), adding hit feedback so you know when you've taken damage, and making the shop economy/in-game tutorials clearer for new players.
