How does the game fit the theme?
The game is based on nonogram/picross puzzles, but the twist is that all the clues are actually lies! The player must re-interpret these clues in order to deduce the correct solutions to the puzzles.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I used:
- Emojis from https://emoji.aranja.com/
- Sound effects from https://pixabay.com/
- And a font from Google Fonts, all credited fully on the game page.

Cool concept, the last level was especially enjoyable. I would definitely play more of this!
Thanks so much for playing! I hope to add some more levels after the jam is over, so please come check it out again one day!
Liked: The puzzles tickle the problem solving part of the brain. I love it.
Could improve: Obviously you could add more puzzles to this. Another thing I think this could benefit from is just straight up telling the player that trust no one. I some how lucked through all the levels until the last one which I couldn't figure out with the logic I had created so I went back and I realized all of them are lying and not just some of them XD.
Additional Comments: The puzzles are fun to figure out especially the last one. I got excited when I finally got it right and was expecting something harder but unfortunately it never came. This is a great game regardless, Good work!
Thanks so much for the in-depth feedback! I absolutely agree with making it VERY clear that all the clues are lies, I completely forgot to add any real information in-game ๐ , I'll be sure to improve that post-jam! And also add some extra levels! The final one should definitely be 5x5 at least right? ๐
It was fun! It looks simple, but it can be challenging XD. At least it challenged me :)) I like it :D
I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for playing ๐
Cool game can you rate mine
Thanks Abdo! I'll be sure to check your game out too!
Very simple and nice idea! It gets a little harder when 4 x 4 level appear
Thanks for playing and your kind words! I actually hoped to also make a 5x5 as the final level, but ran out of time ๐ฅฒ Maybe I'll update the game after the jam!
Very fun but got too difficult for my pea brain! Combination of visual feedback and the satisfying "popping" noises gave me dopamine. Works perfectly as a mobile game too! Good job
Haha I won't lie, I struggled myself on the puzzles I didn't make ๐
Thanks so much for playing, and yeah, it turns out if you just use UI only, you get a working mobile version for free?!
The game is very fun and also very challenging. Maybe adding a button that tells the player how many tiles are incorrect could help when they have no idea where they went wrong.
Thank you Philou! I think I'll update the game a bit after the jam, so I'll try and add that feature!
P.S. I love your game Piece by Piece!! And I thought it was very cool that you bundled with the other team who also made a game with the same name!
The game is fun and challenging at the same time. It is a great puzzle where you really must think to solve it.
Thanks CROAT! I appreciate you taking the time to try it out ๐๐ฝ
I can see the vision! It works well as a simple True/False puzzle game and I had a lot of fun figuring out the logic of each puzzle!
Thanks Doc! Appreciate you checking it out, and your kind words!
It's still a bit janky because life was lifing this week, but hopefully people can see the vision!
