how did y’all manage to get the dialogues so good.. we gave up with our game and made each character have only few 1-depth dialogues

Thank you for your comment :D, we had a great writer writing the dialogues so we only had to put them in the game, the time was really short to implement the game, we couldn't do it otherwise.
