Use of the limitation
I used three primary colors for all the sprites in the game. You may also notice the dark background color. I adopted it as the outline color, ensuring the game maintains a fully three-color palette.

It’s a very beautiful, atmospheric, and aesthetically pleasing game; I really enjoyed following the little flame. Huge respect to the creator, and I wish them continued success in game development and design! (o・ω・o)

This is a really heartwarming and wonderful short story! Very detailed presentation and a lot of care with the pixel art. Only issue was the somewhat janky jumping. Also the itch game page just looks great, nice work!

It's here, the award winning little flame guy game! :D

One thing i noticed is that the pixels in some places are different sizes, especially noticable in the smiling candle frame, but in this style it doesn't bother me, it looks like it was supposed to be this way, and in a way it adds up to the cozy feeling even.

Amasing combination of art, sound and writing, there absolutely were tears and applause at the end, i guarantee :]

Its was my real problem with different pixel sizes, because i started to draw on a big canvas with less pixel size brish and understood how its hard really late...( So some arts has this issue, wanna try to redraw it after jam.

Thank u for the feedback so much! It really means a lot to me <3

Your game is awesome, too! Will wait collaboration of Keep the Flame and Last Ember, like Keep the Last Ember :D

Lol, that wouldve been a legendary collab, we welcome the little flame guy in the Keep the flame woods anytime! I bet a campfire would feel a lot more spacious than a candle :]

I get the different canvas size messing up pixel size, had a similar problem a few jams back, but I think that it doesn't always look bad. I'd love to see The Last Ember with pixel perfect art, I believe that you can make it 10 times better!

Good presentation and interesting concept! I felt kinda bad for setting everything on fire, but the little ember guy is very cute :)

Developer(+1)

Oh, its so kind of u, but dont worry, i had the fire brigade behind the scenes, so they will extinguish and repair all the stuff :D

I really appreciate for your feedback, glad u liked it.

I will play your game too <3
