Next time if we do have it in our next game jam game we will be sure to make the keys harder to find. 

Glad you enjoyed! The initial plan was to have you be able to get the key from Joan which took it from Charles in the round table scene. And then only be able to leave at night. Unfortunately we were a bit rushed for time so implementing the exact string of events got pushed aside 😅
