Great design and overall experience. The look and feel gives off a well thought of concept. You did a good job on implementing the dialog and map, however the tasting feels a bit clunky. It was a very good and important design choice to checkmark finished organs and give feedback on what you found.
I'd personally prefer the text intro to be instantaneous for small texts. Showing it letter for letter takes time and to me breaks the reading experience. It would also be cool to transition directly from room to room (more immersion) and have a map on demand. It was fun to taste my way into the story.
