Hey, how do I get my partners pregnant? I've slept with them without protectionand everything but still no luck. is there a way I can change something?
Increase fertility modifiers, and I think that each female NPC has a fertility cycle to themselves that ranges from very unlikely to highly to conceive, but i could be wrong.
