The sonic space you set up is absolutely excellent, the music is very captivating. The beginning half before the drop was very intriguing and I am curious if you had any direct inspirations for the overall chordal shape. It reminded me of choral music in a strange way, which tends to be pretty religious in nature; not sure if that was an intention, but it's something that struck me while listening. It felt rather dramatic yet tragic, though I do mean that positively.

I would say the strongest piece of advice I could give is to think vertically, in terms of pitch and range. If you were to lay out every single note on a keyboard, it would be very dense and close together. Albeit you do have a good amount of bass which is nice, but there isn't a whole lot that touches the upper registers. Expanding those ranges I feel can give a lot more space in the instrument's timbres so they don't fight with one another (sonically). For example you have your violins repeat a motif a few times, but it could easily be an octave higher, or at least can change between them for dramatic effect.

Overall, this was a very nice listen and the development felt nice; it was cohesive and consistent which worked well to accomplish your ideals. I definitely hope to hear more of your works!

hi. didnt have much intention with the beginning. i just wanted to do something with the breathy instrument and make it kinda sad. and yes i do need to keep track of the ranges. i tend to mess up with viocings. i’m still kinda new and need to learn these so if you a source lemme know. thank you for the kind words.
