Nice game, really like the bg music choice as it fits very well thematically. Interesting idea for the theme, and the core gameplay is also pretty good, but  I felt like after a couple orders it was just more of the same thing. In terms of tutorial I think it would have been better to have the player do the action right after the specific dialogue, and then continue with the dialogue, so you don't risk the player forgetting what the first or last steps were. When the orders started piling up I found myself wishing there was some kind of sprint or dash cos I don't think there was really a way to be able to keep up with the frequency of the orders coming in. For the table to craft the handles, visually it might have helped to be able to see a few decorational handles, and the order table could have maybe had completed swords on it.

Overall, good job, I had some fun with this.

Thanks so much for the detailed feedback and for playing! That's such a great idea with adding sprint/dash as well as the handles/assembled swords near the stations - that would probably really help with clarity on where to go. I really wanted to have a "tutorial" round exactly as you're describing but we ended up running a bit short unfortunately ): I had a pretty steep learning curve w/ learning Godot for the first time and my teammate and I both only had a few days instead of all 9 to work, so its definitely a bummer we couldn't get to it.. but I think post- game jam I would love to implement all this you mentioned! Thanks again for taking the time to share your ideas/play!
