Cheeky Demise, if that hasn't been covered elsewhere, is I think where you get captured by Paige in her room and she falls asleep (caused by drinking). If you choose to try and hide by her side she will roll onto you by accident
I'm not sure what else I can suggest for Not Her - it's just important that you annoy Miss Collins as much as possible at the start (i.e. choose all the options likely to provoke/upset her) and then when you reach the typical end of game she will kill you instead of saving you...
