I think the art is really cool. The description of the goddess idol and Corlax the Smith creates some memorable imagery. The room descriptions create a really unsettling atmosphere of what could be going on here. It's eerie.

However, I think this arcology feels empty. Presumably, there's acolytes and 6-armed Spellforged walking about, but I did not get the sense when I read it. Reading this reminded me of the Conan story The Slithering Shadow. Conan wanders through a city where everyone is a passed out lotus-eater. This adventure feels like the heroes entered a long abandoned place and are moving about discovering its oddities. Mentioning what acolytes are doing, what transformations are actively taking place, how there's screams of agony from the dissection theater, or the intonations of meditative prayer would help make this place a little livelier.

The font choice hurts legibility. I think that font works best for headings or short blurbs. For the long writing, consider a font that has more balanced lines.

Very good random dungeon with the right amount of stuff going on. Very well deliveed. Font is terrible

A fleshed-out (haha) setting with a bit of plot. As such it seems quite plug-able, but needs a bit of work, especially the first part. A few NPCs, a little map and the zine would be more rounded. Add a table with rumors or strange going-ons within the Forgers and - Zack- you’re golden :)

Very interesting premise, I am a sucker for flesh sculpting/grafting kind of lore. I do agree with some other comments though that the gm would need to do some work in order to run this. But otherwise this is a great module.

Some really rad set pieces in here. I liked the bit with the tongues quite a lot since it's a change from the expectation of just getting hit with lasers from the eyes of the statue. Cover art is good too! Having it be system neutral is nice! I love the various powerful parts of this location too. The artificial sun in particular is a cool thing to come across. Good work!

As  is often the case with system neutral resources, this would need a lot of work from a GM to turn into something playable, but that just comes with the territory.  This module does make up for that with some very well done weird fantasy and body horror vibes in the writing and solid supporting visuals! (As someone who also drew thier own visuals, I'm supper impressed that you did that and still got it in so early.). This is definitely an excellent seed for a dungeon, and I'm already thinking of how I could draw  from it for a similar location in one of my campaigns!

The art is solid, and I really enjoyed the theme/story! Extraordinarily high-level loot that actually requires some hard work & survivability to obtain is always nice to see! I do think the columns could’ve been more legible, but everything else was super clean.

Really cool interpretation of the concept, good prose, and strong art. A simple map would do a lot to help me visualize how players move about the levels. That said I would do the work to run this because its components are inspired.

The themes in this adventure are really cool! I love this interpretation of the title. It’d take some work to get it to the table, but I feel like this is a good seed for an adventure site/faction.

Awesome setting! I loved the descriptions of each level. I only wish that the text could have more formatting (such as bolding), because I had to try harder reading the abundance of paragraphs. But it was worth it at the end. Amazing stuff!
