The art style is good. It could use some sounds or music to make the game feel more alive. Choosing to repress who you really are to gain buffs is a unique twist on the theme. Nice work.

How does the game fit the theme?
There is a "repression" mechanic that comes from interactions the MC has with humans between levels! Be too trusting and it might blind you, but your distrust could also be your downfall.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I looked around the Godot forms for some fixes to more niche problems if that counts. I also used a 60 second tutorial as reference for the way I handled bullets " Simple Shooting system in Godot4 2D | godot tutorial" by GameStick.
I also worked with an artist friend of mine whom I will update the page and collaborators section to tag.
