How does the game fit the theme?
Every player play their card face down and chooses a target secretly. You can not trust any one. Any one can attack you or might not in this turn.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All the assets and codes are made from scratch by me except the 3d character model that was taken from Unity asset store.
How many people worked on the game?1

Pretty cool game, just needs some sound!
I was the first to get killed, though! 🤪
I'll have to try again later.
Nice game! Good visuals, simple but smart game loop, some variety... With sound it'll be even better. Can't wait to see how it feels as an actual multiplayer!
Thanks for the feedback. Will work on both sounds and multiplayer next.
Really enjoyed this one! The core idea is simple but very satisfying, and I can definitely see it becoming pretty addictive. The visuals and UI are excellent, and having a proper little tutorial in a jam game is fantastic. A back button there would be handy, though. I also leaned very heavily on Reflect cards in my winning run, so those might be worth keeping an eye on balance-wise. My biggest wish would be some audio, since good sound effects would add a lot to the impact and atmosphere of the card plays. Overall, a very polished and fun game!
Thank you for such a nice feedback. will definitely have to seat for the sounds. I the tendency to do the sound last. and that cost me in the jams.
That was a lot of fun.
One little things I encountered though, and not sure how this is meant to resolve. I used an attack on an enemy which killed them, but they also used Drain (or similar) that seemed to go off after they were dead. Everything played out, but there was a dead player with 5 health for the rest of the game
Ohno. great catch. fixing this will be a top priority.
Great game!
The gameplay works really, really well. You can tell you’ve put a lot of thought into it. I also like the graphics on the cards, though not so much the skeletons (but that’s very subjective). I think it lacks light, or at least contrast. Some VFX might help, as well as background music and sound effects to boost the immersion and juice.
As for the interface, I didn’t understand the icon beneath the skeletons’ names (before the turn was resolved). Otherwise, I found the UI clean and clear.
I experienced some lag during the game, but I’ll put that down to my current internet connection.
A multiplayer option would be very welcome! Also, we could imagine options for a Twitch integration (for example, with a game mode where viewers decide which cards to add to the deck at the end of a round, or control the triggering of events affecting all players, or vote for an opponent’s next card – without the streamer knowing which skeleton the voted-for card will come from).
Finally (as this is my area of expertise), I think it would be interesting to develop a bit of lore to justify progression over time – essentially, to have a Story mode (level by level). It’s not essential; the game works very well without it, but with a view to a commercial release, I think it would be an interesting addition.
Well done on this game, and good luck with the rest of the dev!
Thank you for such in depth feedback. I really wished to have this kind of feedback for my game that would help me improve. I initially wanted it to be just a party game so i am not sure about lore implementation yet. But will definitely will go through all other suggestions.
Very neat game! The gameplay is well done. Def would have been absolutely fantastic with sfx!
Good game! It would be even better with audio.
Really nice game, love deckbuilders!
Thanks for playing
It's actually pretty hard to win, feels like it leans a bit too much on luck but i'm one to talk my games no better in that regard! I liked the gameplay quite alot and having a tutorial in game is actually rare for a jam, good job ᕙ( •̀ ᗜ •́ )ᕗ
really glad you liked it. will need huge improvements on bot decision making. also i have plan to make the game multiplayer in future.
I really liked the cards and their animations, but I really miss the sound. Great work anyways!
glad you liked the gameplay. listing a huge list to fix after the results.
I really liked the visuals, that's what stood out to me the most. Gameplay was great as well. I can see this game being expanded on further.
Thank you for the feedback.
Love the gameplay! I think you’ve got an awesome foundation here to build off of and add more cards, enemies, enviroments, and audio!
Glad you liked it.
Enjoyment - 5
As a non strategy game player, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS. It was soooo fun playing this and taking risks and gamble on the moves lmao!!! Really really good in game design.
But it's unfortunate you couldn't do sounds, it would absolutely look good with it. The gameplay was really simple and I can see a lot of potential. And the art are all cohesive and pleasant to see. I think for me the only problems were the lack of vibes, like the surrounding aesthetics (e.g. the empty background and the enter name scene).
Overall, really nice job with this!
Thank you for going through everything in such detail. I agree with all the things you mentioned. I mainly focused on making the gameplay and card logic working properly. Also as a non artist making pixel art and 3d models for the game was costing me too much of time. So i thought let me just make it functional first and make the submission. I will implement everything you mentioned after the jam rating period ends.
Love the aesthetic and the gameplay! I didn't even realize there was no sound until I was going to rate about it. Please continue making this game, it has an amazing gameplay loop
Glad you liked it. Yes i could not manage to do the sounds.
