In your mod, will it be possible for each voice actor to voice only their own characters, rather than taking turns delivering all the lines?
Currently you can assign yourself a character, but the whole "turn based" part is sort of the nature of the game, so you know what is going on during the scene, and hear their voice line before recording yours.
