I've heard about the recent GameBanana fangame ban and it is affecting other Baldi fangames too that they had to use Itch.io or Gamejolt to make or upload fangames while GameBanana is for mods only.

I assume, since Ultimate is a fangame, it may likely not going to be uploaded to GameBanana once 1.0 releases, due to the fact that GameBanana no longer allows uploading fangames to their page.

I honestly find this change really strange and also unnecessary, because most of the Baldi community who uploads their stuff is usually GameBanana, since it's a very popular website than Itch.io or Gamejolt, so I am honestly dissapointed with this change, but oh well, I guess I understand what they were going for.

And I forgot to mention that GameBanana was always meant to be for uploading mods and not fangames, so that probably explains why they had to remove it.

Yeah, I'm not releasing it on GameBanana. The plan for Ultimate currently is to keep releasing builds of it on itch primarily until 1.0, which is when it will launch on GameJolt as well.

And I don't really use GameBanana anymore, as I've found my projects get the most traction on itch anyways (1M+ views and counting for BFNSU), though maybe when 1.0 launches, I'll create either a BFNS Ultimate or general BFNS series Google Sites page as well.

That'll be cool to see!

ok

Gamebanana is also useless, as they removed the category for Baldi fangames.
