You mean the room you see when you go down the shaft at the start, right? At which point did this happen, at the start or later?

Can’t seem to replicate it, but I think I can try to make a patch to solve all possible causes. I’ll push an update today, if you’ve got any save files they should be able to fix the issue once you load, too. Thanks for letting me know!
