I seem to have found a bug: I can't upgrade Barracks from level 2 to 3. It says "uses 4 food" but I have 9/9, and it costs 305 wood/203 gold and I have 2534 wood and 1102 gold.
you could have your food go down to 0 as you use it, instead of going up. So 9/9 shows that you have 9 out of 9 food, instead of desplaying that you have used 9 out of 9 food.
