i think the phrasing of the melodies could be tightened up, but they go in a cool direction. and the chords are awesome. the piano and synths in the second track are really kind of beautiful in a menacing way and it all has such a restless, crazed, anxious vibe that's so engaging. both songs are constantly morphing, slowly changing shape and exploring new feelings, which makes sense for a bunch of microorganisms using frantic music to make a statement about themselves. love the audience sounds, and how they start clapping along. really interesting stuff.

Thanks! I went with a completely improvised sound, only going in with only a simple melodic idea, but made it sound uneven on purpose. Especially with the piano solo in Vopele'e. I wanted to make that solo sound... wrong, but with the occasional 'correct' notes. I'm glad to hear what you thought of it!
