Managed to make it work. You need to enable texture dumping in Duckstation, not sure how that works, enabling/disabling it sometimes creates a folder inside textures folder and just then this app will find the folder and work.
This needs to be added to the documentation/guide for this app as users may not be aware of this and is not mentioned anywhere.
