Definitely fits under the umbrella of “So high-concept it’s functionally unplayable”, but whereas Phoenix Command is crunchy to the point of psychosis, and F.A.T.A.L. is just straight-up unfinished and/or terrible, this character creation system isn’t really overzealously-designed nor is it at all incompetently-made, it’s just… specifically designed to take you a year to design one character lol
It IS pretty cool, I won’t lie, I gotta respect it as conceptional art piece, if nothing else. I feel like this is like the Death Coaster of the indie TTRPG world, if that makes sense
