Description
My imaginary game follows an individual who - amidst all the turmoil that exists in the real world - decides to escape to an imaginary realm that resides only within their head. Upon their arrival they are surprised to find their old forgotten imaginary friends from childhood waiting for them. In the protagonist's absence, their imaginary friends have built a whole civilization. As they show the protagonist around this civilization, they run into another familiar face. It was one of the protagonist's oldest childhood imaginary friends, although this friend, unlike the others, was not as excited to see the protagonist. In the many years since the protagonists disappearance from this world, this particular friend, and only this friend, slowly began to lose hope that the protagonist would return. This resulted in them slowly becoming an outcast, being forced to live in the depths beneath the civilization. The protagonists return finally gives them an opportunity to release countless years of pent up rage and isolation in a single moment. As the protagonist and the friend fight, many others are caught in the crossfire. After a long battle, the protagonist is victorious, though, the aftermath of their battle leaves little to celebrate. As the protagonist takes one final stroll through this civilization, they are saddened by the fact that this world has become no more peaceful than the reality in which they wished to escape.

yo ts lowk got a story like isaac, my favourite part was definitely the second chord in the middle of "you will pay" it js made me rlly happy. however, i wanna say that the first track is just home for flowers from omori but piano and sad, other then that tho this did show alot of personality and overall was very enjoyable to listen to. good job

Great from start to finish. Your summary really helped set a base scene, and the music filled in all of the blanks beautifully. As far as theme goes, I think I preferred the more electronic sounding drums in Common Enemy to the acoustic ones in There's a Lot to Show You and You Will Pay, but that's just personal preference. As individual tracks, they're all absolutely gas. Highest rated submission I've listened to yet, so keep up the good work big dawg.

Your storytelling is phenomenal and i was hooked from the start.  such a bittersweet intro showing the intricate emotions in A Familiar Face, and Leaving What Remains which closes out on that somber note.  and The Depths was just so groovy it could play on a loop.  Loved it, excellent work

Your soundtrack shows variety and tells a complete story, so well done with that! You Will Pay is my favorite track, definitely a great climactic moment there. I might try having more aggressive drums for it, maybe some compression or replacing the kick, and see how that sounds, but I love the part at 1:50 when you can hear all the instruments coming together, playing different parts. I also like how you closed out the soundtrack with a nice farewell track. Nice work!

Love the direction you took this theme! Cool submission, I especially liked the ambient themes.
