As solodev 😅, I understand everything you're saying, I respect it, and I agree 100%.

The post is a little over a year old; that was when I “discovered” what generative AI could do for me, and little by little I came to understand what it could end up taking away from me.

Recently, after a little over two years, I released version 1.0 of the game, which is fully playable in a browser.

After quite a bit of effort, I checked this box—which, even though it might seem silly, was important to me after trying to understand how AI works.

😂 I didn’t even realise it was an old thread. Feels like it could have been written yesterday.

And, that doesn’t seem silly at all. When you posted this you were in a position where you saw AI as a crutch, but you’ve evolved passed that. That’s cool and you should be proud of yourself for handcrafting something. That’s meaningful, even if no one ever sees it, but you’re getting views, and plays, and comments. That’s awesome, right?
