this is a really great concept and execution, would also be really fun as a multiplayer game with you each deciding half the rules!

Thanks for playing! That comment reminded me of something. I had previously been brainstorming a four-player board game where the rules were determined randomly, and each of the four players would grasp those rules in their own separate way. I hadn’t consciously kept that in mind, but it seems the essence of that idea remained.
