I found the issue to be checking enhanced was the problem. Did not use enhanced and now it works.
Which file is the exe for the FCAV? I would like to try reshade to see if I can get it working with a nice crt effect but trying farcye.exe in OpenFC or Bin32 does not get reshade to load when the game starts.
Also is there a way to turn off when hit that the screen blurs?
