Some feedback about the fun:

So I've been basically guessing who is the monster for several minutes now. Not a lot of the clues actually help you rule out anyone and the most suspicious person, the mechanic who has no idea how to be one and has no alibi, is just a dude who doesn't know anything. I understand it's supposed to be funny but balancing comedy in a detective game without taking away from detecting should be important. It would be less frustrating if it didn't take a full 24h in game to retry. Definitely consider adding more detective elements and logic statements to balance the comedy and the tension of there being a monster. That being said, I liked a lot of the humour and the art style is well put together!

That's interesting. It's one of the things I thought about when I was making the game, I wanted to add more elements and make it more "serious" since there isn't really any actual hint to who's the monster. I made them all really suspect, and I didn't really have time to add a more detective aspect to the game.

Thanks a lot for your feedback, it's really valuable.

I thought about adding a phone or something to make you able to call the police to report whenever you want, but just once. I'll probably add it in an update. Again, thanks for testing out the game and for your feedback :D

Yeah the angle of making them all suspicious is possible but guessing wrong and then having to wait is really frustrating haha. I have guessed Aubrey Graham, Gary, Gabriel, Nicky, Garfield, Luigi, LJ.... I got them all wrong. Though I knew Garfield wouldn't be right I just wanted to see what you wrote for it haha. But yes as you can imagine I don't feel super motivated to wait to guess randomly if that makes sense.

I'm not sure if adding the single report via phone would work because if it's just a guessing game, then the player would need to restart the game over and over and you'd run into the same problem. I would maybe tie in the dilemma mechanic you had but allow people to guess at any point. And make a "detective score" based on how well the dilemma answers were. So if I wrote down 3 notes that were useful and 3 that were not, and then spam guesses until I get the right monster, my end score would be 50% (or divide it by the number of guesses or something)

It would also be cool if there were environmental clues like the forest being chopped up in weird areas or the axe left somewhere wrong for example.

And you're welcome for the feedback! Thanks for considering it. Please let me know who the monster is lol 😅. Also please consider rating my team's game as well, thank you!!

Mhh, really interesting, I'll consider the dilemma mechanic for the update, sounds really good!!

The monster is *d  a  n  y* (gotta make it hard to read if anyone who hasn't played the game yet reads this haha), and the only "clue" there could've been is that he hides his name, a name that you absolutely need to report him to the police. I'll definitively add more detective features to the game. Thanks again for your feedback.

I'll play your game tomorrow, as it's 11pm here already.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh very tricky I would not have went back to him to guess that cause his explanation for name swapping made sense to me haha. Thanks for the hint!
