You mean on "lingering memories" (the first track) right? Do you mean the way it's played or the melody itself?
Yes, in "Lingering Memories." I think it may be both how it's written and the way it's played. It drags, partly due to tempo but it also viscerally feels like the player wants to play faster but something aside from the music is holding them back.
