Heyy! Just played through three runs and I have to say the concept looks very interesting on paper. Also loved that a jam game has another language besides English! Here are some comments I think will help you if you continue developing this games or for your next projects:
- During my three runs, I believe I had no understanding of the core loop at all, or what every symbol meant. That didn't help me strategize properly or plan my next moves with the resources I had.
- In the game's description, there's a key piece of information that's not present in the game: new cards push old ones. I was under the impression that I could fill each row with cards since that was the mechanic that the game introduces. Presenting this within the game is definitely important, because most players skip the description and go straight to press the "play" button (and I'm guilty of this habit).
- I didn't understand the functionality of the "end turn" button, since there didn't seem to be much to do other than placing cards on the board. I may be wrong, though, but the game didn't show me any other possibility of what I could do during my turn.
- I'd definitely advise on adding some background music, especially since jams usually rate the game's audio!
Over all, it's an experience that has a defined visual identity and a nice mechanic that could use better communication with the player. I wish you luck for your next project!
