  • I like this game a lot, I wish there was another way to spin the camera, but I understand why it is Q and E
  • Absolutely incredible game and GENIUS idea! I love that you use a laser pointer to control the nekos, that is really smart design. I will say, the camera controls are a little fiddly, but aside from that I absolutely ADORE this game!

Additional judges' feedback for this entry:

A fantastic puzzle game that fits the theme perfectly! Really fantastic presentation with the character models and the puzzle elements being very clear and distinct. I had a lot of fun solving the puzzles as the tight controls and quick restarts made for a good time. Some of the puzzles were a bit mean, not in a terrible way, just in that you might forget one step in the process and see one of the cats get shoved into the void. Not bringing that up as a downside, just something I noted in that the game has some reasonable difficulties as it does require some quick control. I did get the bug on the level 10 where the you fail despite reaching the end trigger but I think this is a known issue. Overall just a great puzzle game!

+ Unique puzzles that have both the player character and the orange nekos be part of is well executed. A double pun of both taking control of the nekos and also starting the game by taking a controller.

- A weird level complete hitbox on level 10 meant multiple retries on a rather difficult level. The camera and movement were a bit confusing at times, leading to a few game overs from that.

level 10 is completely broken, even after meeting the requirements when I pass I end up with a level failed screen

Developer

I am aware of this issue, and it will be fixed in a patch release. Currently don't have access to my computer at the moment.
You can still beat the level by making sure you are pressed against the wall away from the pit

Ay congrats on the win!

Played trought it myself and whilst it is really quite, lvl 9, 10 and by a lesser degree 11 turn from more of a puzzle game into a "how fast can you react" game, and i personally dislike that. More lienency/forgiving design would be apreciated in those.
Also level selector is kinda broken? I cant click on the levels afther getting to lvl 13...

The camera was a little iffy but overall a fun game. Took me a second to understand the pile of food the goobers kept walking towards but once I got that the puzzles were nice to figure out.

It's cool, I like it—it makes you think sometimes.

I do like this little game it is a nice puzzle game with a cute idea.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The game is framerate dependent. Please set your computer's FPS to a maximum of 60 for an optimal experience.

I will work on fixing that in a post jam update.

Use Physics_Process and not Process, just in case you didn't know the reason.

I just forgot to use delta in the calculations to make it consistent across all frame rates, though that would definitely work as well.

I had a good time playing this one. Movement on ledges seemed to allow bypassing some of the puzzles, and not sure if intentional.

Really clever and cute! Enjoyed this one a lot

I made it all the way to level 12, but the launchers and pushers aren't launching or pushing reliably enough for level 12 to function properly. I really like the models and game though!

Developer

Hi, could you tell me more about that? I'm not seeing any issues with the catapults on my end.

This happens when i'm playing
Developer

Ok, I'll have to make a post patch to fix that. Which is a shame since that's actually the last level before the ending

Sometimes I have animation problems  with yeet-ing the cats (they jump in place) .
