I am incompetent.
Can anyone explain to me how to "Deep balance" a form for the bestie?

1. Spend 10 years with the given dual form in the matching Inner Dual wilderness

2. Do the 200-year study in Hall of Zenith unlocked after beating the apex in the matching Deep Dual wilderness.
