The safest and most painless place I've found so far is GameBanana. It's a hub for mods for many games, so to narrow your search you need to first find (and bookmark, if you'd like) the page for Choicer Voicer on there either by using the search bar or checking the Trending tab on the home page, and then you can use GameBanana's filters to sort voice packs by popularity, recently added, or use the search bar to search for a specific clips (Make sure "Restrict to Choicer Voicer" is checked; it won't appear if you aren't searching specifically from the game's page).
You might also be fine with the Nexus Mods page, since that's also a reputable hub for game mods, and I've used it for other games' mods, but I haven't personally used it for getting Choicer Voicer content yet. In my most recent search I also came across a TCV dot wiki site, which at first glance seems harmless enough since it seems to just provide an easier-to-browse mirror of links to packs on GameBanana, but I also haven't heard anything good or bad about it or used it myself.
DO NOT use "Choicervoicer(dot)com". It regularly tops search results in different engines, and I used it for my first few days of collecting clips for the game, and so far my system seems fine, *but* judging by the cookie-cutter AI vibe-coded design, I'd imagine it's moderation is not very strict and it is NOT endorsed by YeahMaybe, the creator of the game.
Even though GameBanana and Nexus Mods have been around a long time and presumably have robust systems for keeping malware off their platforms, keep in mind the only officially endorsed pages are this Itch.io page, and "Choicervoicer(dot)neocities(dot)com". The Neocities page does not host any packs or other content, though, and is more of a resource for tutorials on creating mods from scratch to then share with the community, so keep it in mind if adding your own clips is something that interests you!
