If this is on mobile, I can't exactly troubleshoot it myself.
It's okay dev, i got it to work somehow and now the only problem i had is black screen on the quest box.
I'm also having trouble like you how did you fix it?
changed the game from RPG maker MV to RPG maker MZ and it work fine but the quest board is black now
